[net.travel] any good hikes in NH-VT-NY?

i'm planning a week hiking/backpacking in the new
hampshire/vermont/upstate new york area (haven't decided which
for sure).

any recommendations for good day hikes (20+ miles/day) or good
2-3 day backpacking trips (<15 miles/day)?
