There will an auction, flea market, dealers room, board games,
      frp, miniatures and computer games.

You can reserve a table for gaming now for 6 hours at a time. Nice
idea for Saturday when all the tournys are in full swing.

**** Now for the REALLY GOOD STUFF! ****

Yours truly again will be on the boardgame and computer staff.

      And two new computer games...

TOP GUN. Head to head fighter combat between two players using Amiga
computers and Spectrum Holobyte's FALCON fighter simulator. Players
will face each other in what looks like a combination round-robin and
elimination tournament. Player with the most points (kills) will be
Top Gun of Pacificon. The winner will receive a Top Gun Pacificon '90
Baseball hat and his/her name on a perpetual plaque. I belive this is
the first interactive real time computer tournament at Pacificon and
should be a lot of fun.
I've been talking with Spectrum Holobyte about coming to the con to
give a seminar or hints on the game but no luck so far.
Two days Sat & Sun. Briefing for the game at 10:00 AM Sat.

THEIR FINEST HOUR. (From EA) A total of four scenarios were you fly
as a Spitfire pilot, a ME109 pilot, a Stuka pilot and a German bomber
pilot in the Battle of Brittan.
Player that survives with the most points wins. If you die during
any one of the missions, your out. Should be a lot of fun. If you
have an Amiga or a PC clone, buy this game. It is a must have. The
tourny runs on Sat & Sun.
      Briefing starts at 10:30.

Time: Saturday night at 7:00 Briefing at 6:30.

I will keep my copy of the pre-reg booklet in my office (Mt View B-16
upstairs, #2018) if anyone wants to copy the form. Booklets should
be availible at Scenario Games in Fremont. Chuck is an organizer of
the con and should have forms in his shop.

Pacificon should be better this year. We should have more rooms and
even better service from the Dunfey. It's time to start hyping the
con so tell anybody you know that might even have the slightest
interest in games about all this.

      See You there,
