To get unlimited lives is Beast II:

At start of game go right until you come to the first Amazon dude.
DO NOT KILL HIM.  When he says something to you (whatever he says)
type 'a' for ask and then type 'ten pints'

You should get a message about the cheat mode being on and this Bud's
for you, or something like that.
