I recently asked about Jet Lag Prevention articles. Thanks to everyone who graciously responded so promptly. To stop the flow, I am posting the synopsis two weeks early. (I am getting flooded). There is basically one reference for jet lag that everyone seems to use with much success. There are three ways to get it as shown: Send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Anti-Jet-Lag Diet Argonne National Laboratory 9700 South Cass Ave. Argonne, IL 60439 For the diet that President Reagan used when he flew to China. reference courtesy of: Mark Feblowitz GTE Laboratories, Inc UUCP: Feblowitz@bunny.UUCP old uucp: !seizmo!harvard!bunny!feblowitz OR, buy the Jet Lag Diet paperback, by EHRET (sp?) at your favorite book store. (presumably the same as above, but in trade press format) OR, read the July, 1984 issue of Working Woman Magazine for an article covering the same material. (hope I got the right issue). The reviews were enthusiastic and unequivocal. A couple re- spondents emphasized the abstention from caffeine prior to the trip as the most important of the diet/regimen. Yours in Health!
