With one stroke, you condemn doctors, rescue workers, teachers of
handicapped children, morticians, and ministers, for they all make
their living from the misfortunes of others.
This is rather a shallow attitude. Life includes misfortunes. People
need help dealing with them. Think how much worse it would be if you
wanted a lawyer and couldn't get one.
