Hi !


1.	The available tonnage is determined by the technology level
	of the weakest planet of your empire. I found it useful
	to decolonize all planets except Earth in 2020. Then I colonized
	them again which gave them them the high technology level of Earth.

2.	One first of the first planets to colonize is Luatax. Gives you
	87 units of nostrum per year.
