What good 2 player games are there available for the Amiga? I want something which my girlfriend and I can play together! (not _against_ one another... she complains that I'm too competitive! :-) Requirements 1. not violent 2. 2 player (both of us controlling at the same time) 3. cooperative play, not competetive 4. good gameplay (not too complicated, not too shoot'em up) 5. good graphics Any ideas, suggestions? Thanks in advance! -Tom -- "Hey COW!" _____________(( / ** o \ ______ _______________________ /| **** \ _/moo...\ | Tom McConnell | / | ** /\__/ \______/ | uunet!microsoft!tom |

I haven't seen the Amiga version, but the Arcade version meets all your requirements real nicely - it's great fun, rather easy, and not really competitive. I love it in the Arcade, but I haven't seen it in any local stores yet - it was released a couple years ago I think. Also, games like populous and Sim City are fun to take turns playing, and they really aren't competitive at all. There's a PD version of Tetris kicking around that lets two people play simultaneously side by side - that's kinda competitive, but everyone loves Tetris, so it's OK too... Good old Marble madness kinda fits your requirements too - hope this helps. Aldo - Emerald Mine II has a two player option - it's kinda awkward, but kinda fun too. Good luck!
