For Sale: --------- Hitachi Ltd. Type HM-1719B-6 19 Inch Analog R-G-B Monitor Amiga owners take note! Have you ever wanted a large industrial quality display for your Amiga but just did not have the $2000 plus to shell out? This may be the monitor for you! This is an industrial analog RGB monitor built for years of trouble free use. It has 8 BNC jacks on the back. four of them are for its red, green, and blue inputs as well as composite sync and the other four are loop throughs to allow additional monitors to be connected. There is a switch that enables 75 ohm termination of the inputs if it is the last monitor in the chain. On the front there are brightness and contrast adjustments as well as a push button switch for the built in de gaussing coil. The monitor has only a few hours use on it and is in like new condition. It is housed in a 18" high by 19" wide by 21" deep tan colored metal enclosure. The screen and front are flawless, there are a few small scratches in the paint on the sides. Nothing you would see unless you look up close though. The picture is bright, crisp, and *big*. The phosphor on the CRT is of a long persistence type though. The colors are incredible, and you have to look to see it flicker in interlace mode, but if you play a lot of games this is not the monitor for you. For text use, if you use a medium grey background the persistence is hardly noticeable. I am selling the monitor for $500 plus shipping from Ithaca, N.Y. This unit is too heavy to be shipped via UPS so you will have to come and get it, or have it trucked out. I would guess the weight to be around 90 pounds. I have a cable to connect the monitor to an Amiag A1000 I can throw in for another $10.00 or I can draw you a picture of how to build your own. Feel free to call me voice at (607) 277-2937 between 6PM and 10PM eastern time if you have any questions. Matthew Kleinmann
