Semi-spoiler included: It's been a while since I've played that one, but consider: your common sense won't let you hold tea and no tea at the same time, right? So you've somehow got to get rid of your common sense. Have you seen the section of the game where you're wandering around in this maze where all the rooms look the same? That's your brain. If you wander around long enough, you'll run in to a little particle of some sort (As I said, it's been a while). That particle is your common sense.
