I have been considering getting Bard's tale I for my A3000, just because I've heard it's cheap. Does anyone know: 1] If it's a decent rendition of the game. 2] If it will work on a '3000. If so, do I have to boot with ks1.3? 3] How hd-friendly it is, etc? Any useful information would be greatly appreciated... I sort of feel like getting a replacement for DM, which didn't last that long... *grin* --SeebS-- -- mndaily is the Minnesota Daily, and does not speak for the U of M. I don't know how well it works on a 3000. I think it would be hard drive installable (unfortunatelly, I don't have one yet). You can play with the files of the game individually (no special disk format here). As far as what the rendition is like, I think that it is a direct port from the IBM. Other than the graphics, I prefered the Apple II version myself. One thing they should have done on the Amiga version was to make it access the disk a lot less. Overall, though, it's still a good game. -Joshua
