Sorry to take up bandwidth, but I'm desperate...
Does anyone have a working copy of the EmpCre program in Empire v2.1w?
I really want to start a game, but can't because my copy of EmpCre doesn't
work!

If you really want to start a game, why don't you use the newest
version 2.2w ? I've not played it extensively but I created a world
and played a few updates blitz game on it without any problems.
