OK John, I know where you mean now. (GOOD MAP) This pit CANNOT be
closed from the DDD MAIN LEVEL! You must close it from the level below.
This is the beginning of the NETA CORBUM...If you have played Dungeon
Master, you may recall a section of the CLOCKWISE LEVEL that was
inscribed, "ENLARGE MY VIEW". Well, if you have located the item
necessary, you will be able to operate the switch to close the pit
on the DDD....You will know the one I am referring to when you see
it! This section of NETA (the final path to the CORBUM) is quite tricky,
but you should pursue each Way right to the CORBUM! If you backtrack
without completing each WAY, then it will be harder to go back. Anyway,
this will close the pit on the DDD allowing you to enter ROS. OH<
by the way, you can only get to the OTHER sideiof that pit by going
up one level and then over to the NE of it and coming DOWN the
stairs...this will bring you to the other side of the pit and allow
you to go down into NETA. Hope this helps. Happy adventuring!
