Does anybody know where the lpatch commmand is? It is not on my friends lattice C 3.1 disk.

I have tried the lpatch command on dm and I get a "incorrect version of
original file. Patch cannot be applied." message. I have tried the lpatch on
lattice c 5.0 and another version that was mailed to me. neither worked. Any
hints?
