Re: Chaos. Wouldn't it be more efficient if, instead of answering and reanswering questions, we just got a complete walk through posted? Don't say it will remove all the challenges - the monsters in CSB are quite challenging enough. (Hell, if I could survive in it, I might even solve some of the puzzles!) Re: Hard disks: Someone recently commented that, if you wish to have several megabytes of encoded data, it has to be in a normal format, and thus has to take up multiple disks, or something to that effect. For instance, note that BattleChess, when installed on a hard drive, creates a 700k or so file, which is *not* there on the floppy. I maintain, that if you have a good enough compression algorithm, you can still use a normal format. If you have written a game which cannot be installed on a hard drive, you have done something wrong. Seriously, folks, it's not *that* hard...
