[comp.sys.amiga.games] Lemmings: CDTV or not CDTV?

ddyer@hubcap.clemson.edu (Doug Dyer) (02/21/91)

Does anyone know what the difference between the CDTV version of lemmings
and the AMIGA version will be?

Also, is there anything special about the CDTV format (ie: would any cdrom
device advertized such as Xetec do?).

CD-ROM would be great! no viruses, etc.

According to some CDTV developers some CD's do work and some do not.
These were tested at COMDEX. I have no idea why not, since CDTV is a
500 with a CD attached and will boot 1.3 if you attach a disk drive.

  Only time will tell.....
