I have recently purchased the simulator MiG-29, and I love the thing but the only problem is, I can not seem to find the menu the manual mentions about changing the screen colours/resolution. Currently, I am using an NTSC Amiga with 5 megs of memory, and the game defaults to a PAL Amiga, which nicely cuts off EVERYTHING past the Radar display . Is there a way to fix this, or have I, without knowing, gotten an European version? It says no such thing in the packaging or manual. Any help would be appreciated.. If at all possible, could responces be sent to FRANCIS@UKPR.uky.edu to save net bandwidth, unless you think your information a good thing for everyone to know. Thanks a lot! -- Walter R. Currently, I [More deleted] The report I received from a Canadian distributer of MIG-29 was that the program only works 'completely' in a 512k machine. I have not had an opportunity to see if it really does work that way, since as soon as we discovered the problem we sent all ours back. When they fix this program to run properly then our store will again carry it, To everyone else on the net: DO NOT BUY THIS GAME - Encourage your local dealer to return their copies until such time as the game is in an operable state. I cannot see how ANY publisher can miss something as prominent as an inability to change to NTSC. Anything from that publisher will be going through a very good screening before we will put anything else on our shelves from them. --------------------------------------- | patrick_meloy@outbound.wimsey.bc.ca | | 'The Outbound' BBS Vancouver BC | ---------------------------------------
