I have played lemming for the last 5 days. What an addictive game it is! I am thinking of buying the best mouse in the universe. Which mouse are you guys/girls using? Is an optical mouse better than the original mouse(i.e. more sensitive and smooth?) Is a wireless mouse better? I would appreciate any recommendations on this matter (especially from lemming players.) -A lemcoholic-

Forget using a mouse to play Lemmings, or any other game for that matter.
Get a TrackBall. I have the Microspeed AmTRAC and its great. Its easier for
those games that seem to need more room than your mousepad (or sometimes your
desk =). It takes up a lot less space than any mouse. You can hold it it
your hand if you want, so you wont be leaning over your desk.
I also prefer the TrackBall for non-game enviroments. The drag-lock button
makes moving Icons a snap, as well as pull down menus.
Of course, I'm sure there are people who might argue that a TrackBall just
doesn't feel right for them. If you've been using a mouse for a long time,
you might be more comfortable with it. My advice is to find a store that
will let you try several mice and a TrackBall for comparison.
