[comp.sys.amiga.games] Z-out cheat

During some disk sector editing I came across a cheat from Z-out (by Rainbow
Arts).
I have not seen it posted on the net so here goes:

During the game proceed as follows:

     Press 'J' (keep it held) then 1 - 6 for level skip
     Press 'J' (keep it held) then 'K' for unlimited energy
