[comp.sys.amiga.games] The Killing Game Show....Help!

I am stuck on the 2nd section of level 3 on THE KILLING GAME SHOW!
I have collected all the damn diamonds, and the last chain has
dropped down from above (I believe this to be the exit) but I
can't seem to be able to jump high enough to grab it....what's the
trick.
 
Also, on the Options Screen, you can toggle betweem SFX and Music,
and apparently F1 will let you start the game on a higher level....
but I can't seem to get it to start anywhere but on level 1!!!!!
