Yup - I just saw a review of Jez San's flight sim in ACE (Advanced Computer Entertainment) here in the UK, and it *is* called Birds of Prey. The specifications look impressive: Many different types of plane: from fighters like F-15, F-16 to cargo transports, tankers, bombers, reconaissance (sr-71) aircraft. Many different kinds of missions: dogfighting, bombing, in flight refuel, reconaissance. Fast and smooth graphics, including curved polygons, to give more realistic shapes. Unfortunately there was no mention of a release date, but another mag said something like "later in 1991", so RSN (as usual). Jez S is quoted as saying that it was difficult to fit everything into a meg, so it looks like a strictly 1Meg+ game - bad news for half meg owners. If it lives up to the pre-release blurb then it should be a hell of a flight sim. Stuart sdm@uk.cray.com
