I've been able to save games on my hard drive, but the game will not >(as stated) save games to the #2 disk. Aside from that, it's a ***** winner. > > --Rick Wrigley Warlords is indeed a great game. One could call it the "Empire" of the Middle Ages. At first it does seem like there's a bug with saving, but there's really not. The problem is that the save file is quite big and that Disk #2 is about 90% full. I believe that once you try to save to Disk #2, it will forever try to save there. The simple solution is to realize that Disk #2 is full and save to a formatted empty disk the first time around... That worked for me. It's unfortunate that most strategy games are of poor quality in comparison to sounds and graphics wonders like Xenon II. It's got to be several times easier to write a good Kampfgruppe II then a good Xenon II. I just want some good terrain and vehicle graphics, some decent digitized sound effects, and most important of all an intuitive interface. Warlords and North and South take great leaps in that direction, but there's still a way to go. Mike Mayer PS: Real hackers don't waste bandwith with .signatures.
