[comp.sys.amiga.games] Is there not more to life? Bane of the Cosmic Forge...

manes@vger.nsu.edu ((Mark D. Manes), Norfolk State University) (04/15/91)

Greetings netters!

I have been playing Bane of the Cosmic Forge for about a couple of weeks.
I have made tremendous progress; or so it appears. However, I seen to have
run out of things to do in the castle. I have found the secret passage
with the rotten chese, I killed the deadman in the tower, I have captured
the Kings Diary and the Deadmans Log.

I can't seem to find a password for the Captain. I can't seem to find
the place that the treasure was hidden. I have found the Kings stateroom,
and even found the secret chamber that holds a chest.

Alas, I am frustrated with all of the golden gates. The only gates that
I have had any luck with is in the jail, and not all of them. I have
a gold key, I had 3 chrome keys, tons of iron and copper keys.

I attempted to play around in the Belfry and all I get to do is fight
bats.

Alas, what else is there? Is that all there is to life? ;-)

If anyone can give me something to get me going again, I would be most
pleased. I am also hoping that I will be able to get out of the
castle. Is this true?

Look for a gate where you can use that gold key. I think that it is
down in the dungeon (on the 2nd floor).

No, there's a *lot* more to do.
