Dear Game Developer, We are taking a poll in an attempt to get an accurate picture of the small computer market. We will compile the responses we get and publish the findings back to the net. This information will provide you with a better picture of your marketplace. Remember, if you don't participate, the information gathered won't be as useful to you. The polling period will end on May 1, 1991 and the information compiled and published here. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- CUT HERE -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Mail to dickerson@vf.jsc.nasa.gov What country do you live in ? ___________________ If, USA, what state? ________________ What platform type(s) do your games support? The Amiga family is A500[C or P], A1000, A2000[HD], A2500/[20/30], A3000-16, A3000-25/[50/100], and A3000UX[B/D]. I guess you can >add CDTV to that too. > The A5000 is a product put out by some European company, which from what I can tell is basically an A500 with an 030/881 in it (no flames please if I'm wrong). It is billed as being faster than an A3000, but this is based only on the slightly faster clock speed of the 030, and doesn't take into account the 32 bit chip ram, etc.. Of course, it stuffs Commodore up if they ever wanted to build an A5000 sometime in the future, as 5000 is a nice figure, and 6000 isn't really :-) Jon -- | Jonathan Potter | | Life is like a piece of | | P.O. I can understand how this question could arise. Isn't is sad, though, given all the pleas here for games that *support* a Hard Disk if you have one. Require? Sheesh ... Scott. --

The survey has left out the Atari Mega and TT030 series computers. Also, under the games and applications questions you forgot to include '[ ]Multitasks' --------------------------------------- | patrick_meloy@outbound.wimsey.bc.ca | | 'The Outbound' BBS Vancouver BC | ---------------------------------------
