Hi, I am playing Might and Magic 2, but kind of stuck on the game, I have gotten the castle key, and all of my characters are level 8 and 9, but it's so damn hard to raise a level from at higher levels, I went to a castle, the lord told me to find the Maul, where is it? And are there any quests I can do to raise my expeirence by much? Please post or mail me all the hints you know... Thanks...

You might be able to buy one in one of the stores, but more than likely you'll just have to find it. go to the area between middlegate and Sansobar or the darkness region in Tundara and get into a couple battles. It's not hard at all to raise levels, just play intelligently. hang around the fountains, (there's a good one jsut northwest of middlegate by CVorak's Cavern, raises your Accuracy to 40, so you can fight better.) and take notes. btw: I find that running on Agressive or Thrill seeker is useless, all they do is raise the number of monsters you meet.
