I have both DM and CSB installed on my hard drive of my 3000 --
both work great on my A3k. Granted, neither of them supported HD installation,
but anyone who wants to put it on their HD can easily get the PD programs and
follow the instructions to do it themselves.

As for 2.x compatibility, who cares? You have 1.3, don't you,
the game (like 99% of commercial games) doesn't multitask anyway, so why
would you need it to run under 2.0? You have to reboot the computer
anyway, what's wrong with using 1.3?

Overall, DM/CSB are optimized so well that they don't need to be
HD installable. The initial bootup is long, but you never need to swap disks
and it hardly ever has to load during the game. I can see how 3 disk
games that need to switch disks on bootup 50 times should be HD installable,
but DM/CSB's HD installability is not necessary -- just extra frosting on the
cake.

Well I have 1.3 on my 3000 ... but will I have it
when I get 2.0 in ROM ??
