As a player of both,my 2 cents worth is that they're both great in their own w ays.Buy both for the adventurer in you,EOB for the beginner and DM for the adva nced.DM is good and was incredible when it came out back then,but lacked the AD &D rules I live with.It's still an awesome game anyway.EOB is great also,but ha s a really irritating programming tick.It's software scrolling and not really v ery smooth in the intro,but the game sails by faster than the PC version for no rmal people.(I played it on a PS/2 at 10Mhz. and thought that it was kinda slow after playing the Amiga version.
