The subject line says it all: anyone know of any sort of ATC game for the Amiga? Thanks. /Bernie\

Yes there is: The one currently in existance is Microprose's KENNEDY APPROACH. Those who used to own C 64's and C 128's may remember it. As a game goes, it is entertaining, but as an ATC simulator it is a bust. Your vectoring choices are limited, the simulator does not recognize such tried and truee ATC procedures as anticipating seperation, airspeed reduction, and circles for spacing, and the phraseology is so bad that they must have TRIED to get it wrong. There is good news, though. I have heard that TRACON II for the AMIGA` may be out as early as Christmas. TRACON, just in case no one knows, is the absolute BEST ATC simulator you'll find outside of the ATC Academy at Oklahoma City. If I were you, I'd wait until TRACON comes out. Believe me, it will be worth the wait. Tony Bruno ud118950@ndsuvm1 "And then my brain started to bleed..." Communications specialist --Emo University of North Dakota (701)-772-2599

I believe the best Air Traffic Control game out at the moment is TOWER FRA. Jamie.

Dear Jamie, let me quote your message of <06 Jun 91 00:35:23> about <Re: Is there an Air Traffic Control game/simulator for Amy?>, where you write: JB> I believe the best Air Traffic Control game out at the moment is TOWER JB> FRA. JB> Jamie. I agree, but i have to say that the interface is not user firendly like in kennedy approach!! At the moment i'm playing with TRACON under A-MAX and even if the sound and the grafic are not Amiga style the playbility in much better than Tower Fra!! Greetings Rod p.s.
