I could use some help in the DDD. In opposite corners of the DDD, there are pits that block my path (I assume these paths will lead me to the rest of the corbums; I only have one piece so far.) Question 1: There is a pit to my upper right that prevents access to a portacullis. I can close the pit by getting rock monsters to stand on the pressure place to the left of it, and then I can get to the gate. Behine the gate is a flame pit and (I think) another portacullis). I can not find any way to open the portacullis. I have tried getting rock monsters on pressure plates for this as well, but have not had any luck. Questions 2: The other pit blocks two hallways at once. One seems to be a short corridor with a blue forcefield at the end. This forcefield takes a thrown object and yo-yo's it back and forth for a while before disposing of it somewhere. The other corridor is 90 degrees to the left from that one, and seems to go into a room where I think there are two staircases. I have tried everything I can think of to get past, through, around, over and under this pit, with no luck at all. The hint oracle is not a whole lot of help in either situation. Are there any human oracles out there who can give me a little help? Never mind 'little help'----I need downright step by step plans here! Jean
