I am trying to decide on HO vs N scale for a home layout. I have some HO stuff - cars and sectional track and some switches - but not so much as to be bothered by giving these to my nephew and starting over. (Even if I go HO, I understand that the nickel based tracks are better to use than the brass sectional stuff). N scale has the advantage of being able to pack more stuff per basement, but what about things like: Realism Track and Car availability Scenery and the like Thanks Marc Pucci BTL MH mhtsa!mh3bs!marc PS: Any recommendations on good books/mags greatly appreciated, too.
