After months of re-organization, I'm thrilled to announce the implementation of the final phase of the seemingly-endless comp.sys.mac reorganization. We have a new moderator. Actually, a moderation team. Werner Uhrig <werner@rascal.ics.utexas.edu> is going to be primary moderator and is putting together the details of a multi-person moderation team. Among other advantages, c.s.m.a won't go to sleep on vacations and won't be tied as heavily to a single person's free time as it has been under my tenure. The new address for postings to c.s.m.announce is: csma@rascal.ics.utexas.edu As of monday, any postings should go to the new address. Anything I get will be forwarded to Werner for posting (i.e. it'll be delayed, so don't send it to me). All official aliases for c.s.m.a should be updated. My thanks to everyone who worked with me in this process and tolerated the great lapses of time between incremental steps. This should have been done long ago, for which I apologize. But it's done now, and I can stop fooling with it. (Special thanks for Werner for all his off-stage help in getting all this worked out, and for taking over the duties as head moderator). Take care!
