[comp.robotics] More on the Sanyo CCD imager

ardai@teda.UUCP (Mike Ardai) (06/08/90)

Here is some more information about the Sanyo CCD. (I saw the ad in the
latest RE - $500! yikes!)

There was an ad in the back of the February 26th issue of EE Times (and probably
newer ones as well) for the CCD Evaluation board. The board measures
90x55x23 mm, and draws 170 ma at 12v (190 ma with the IR illuminator LEDs on)
The output is a standard video signal (1v p-p into 75 ohms) with a resolution
of 110 TV lines at the center of the image, 100 at the edges. Min illumination
is 5 LUX without the LEDs. The CCD has an effective 162(H) by 120(V) pixels.
