In fact, it IS true that a big boy hauled the 5-600 car train. In the late 50s, UP wanted to see just what a 4000 would do and made up such a train. Disbelievers may watch the 60s UP public-relations film "Last of The Giants" which documents the whole affair, along with being a SUPER film. I noticed earlier someone reported that the 4023 would be at the World's Fair in New Orleans. Sorry, but 4023's little sister Challenger (4-6-6-4 | 4-6+6-4 | ooOOO OOOoo) lives on and will be there. The most active part of a Big Boy must then be 4005's whistle, which adorns the 3985. Its really nice to see this newsgroup come alive! As a new net user, I am enjoying this nation-wide rap session!
