I know this Q appeared in news some weeks ago but I didn't save it (shame on me). What was the trick to get SLIP/Telnet (from dustbin.cisco.com) working? If I take an ordinary config.tel from NCSA Telnet package what I should change for SLIP/Telnet. There was no documentation included. -- ===== Harri Valkama (hv@uwasa.fi, hv@flame.uwasa.fi, hv@funic.funet.fi) ======= | University of Vaasa, PO BOX 700, 65101 VAASA, Finland (fax: +358 61 248465) | | Moderating ftp site chyde.uwasa.fi (128.214.12.3) PC & Mac directories | ===== and ftp site funic.funet.fi (128.214.6.100) Atari ST & Mac directories ==

As I remember, try "hardware=slip9600" (replace 9600 with the baud rate you want). -- Amanda Walker, InterCon Systems Corporation -- "If we don't succeed, then we run the risk of failure." -- Dan Quayle
