Thanks for all the notes on the Dayna Etherprint box.  The name is
indeed "Etherprint".  It retails for $495,  but Dayna will sell direct
to universities for 20% off ($399).  I expect that it will be comparably
priced through the mail order houses.  Nobody seems to have it in stock
yet though.  Dayna does have it, though, and their shipping time is 3-4
days.

For those who missed the original note, the Etherprint box connects a
Laserwriter to an Ethertalk network.  This is all it does, so it is a
lot cheaper than full-fledged routers.
