I've read over Apple's liturature but I still have a few questions
about MacX:
1. Does it run under Finder/MultiFinder as well as A/UX, or are there
different versions for the two OS? Or is it A/UX only?
2. If it runs under the Finder, does it require Ethernet, or can it be
run over a serial line as well (i.e. SL/IP or something else)?
Thanx for any help!

MacX runs under Finder or Multifinder. I'd assume you would run it under A/UX running Multifinder. And it doesn't require ethernet. It uses the comm toolbox, so I guess there is some freedom there. It does work fine over appletalk though a kenetics box. ............................................................ : : : Norman Franke, III nf0i+@andrew.cmu.edu : : Special Projects Carnegie Mellon University : : Macintosh Users Group, VP Pittsburgh, PA : :..........................................................: "Why can't I get more quota?"
