I am here in Finland and we use these national characters (ae, oe, etc)
like in Sweden and Germany and France etc. ;-)
I would like to push the ae key on my keyboard when I want to write
that letter, bacause it is there and it is in my language. :-) The code of
ae is 8A in hex. The location on keyboard is 27 (hex) on extended
keyboard. The key (27) should NOT send ascii code 8A but the code of '{'
(7 bit).
Can this be done? In NCSA Telnet there is a table (KCHR if I remember
correct) where I have defined the mapping. SU IP 4.0 has this
table also, but it seems that it does not use it because the changes do not
effect.
