Title says it all: Is there such a thing as a package that will let my Apple IIgs do TCP/IP over AppleTalk (like MacTCP + stuff) or even over ethernet? Not currently. However, I among others are working on it because we want it too. My success with various simple AppleTalk utilities (all written entirely with ORCA/C) indicates to me that it can be done, and I do have all the necessary specifications and references to implement telnet/FTP service on a IIgs. Watch comp.sys.apple2 and comp.binaries.apple2 -- as soon as we get something usable it'll be posted &/or announced there. Todd Whitesel toddpw @ tybalt.caltech.edu
