I just purchased one of these new SendFAX modems (Zoom) trying to see if they will work fine on the Mac. Well, of course the modem part works fine, but upon trying to use BackFax with Send Only activated, it would not work. If you purchased a ZoomFax modem it should have come with a special version of QuickLink II that supports sendfax. I don't know of a version of BackFax that works with the Zoom. Backfax would have to be a special version for the modem. Is your BackFax written for the ZoomFax?
