We've used Ushare for about a year and a half. The product itself is OK, a little unstable. The spooler daemon may die, etc. We also had to do a bunch of customization on the scripts which parse MAC user and file names. The support is terrible. It's taken as long as 5 days to get a human voice at IPT and another 5 to talk to tech support for Ushare (1 person). I just received a notice from Mt. Xinu about K-share and K-spool. We tried to get a look at Mt Xinu at the time we looked at Ushare but they were in the middle of some sort of buyout. May or may not be better.
