[comp.sys.mac.comm] IPT and UShare

In a recent article, a reader from Texas (?) complained about IPT's UShare, and
about the service (or lack thereof) he has received from IPT in the past.

I recently interviewed with IPT, and after reading the article have developed
some concern about working for them.

I'd like to find out what experiences past IPT customers have had with the
company and its products.  The reader from Texas suggests that UShare is flaky.
What experiences have others of you had with UShare or other IPT products?  The
reader from Texas also suggests IPT's product support sucks.  Same question.

I do not ask as an employee or representative of IPT, and other than possible
employment, have no vested interest in the company.  I ask merely for my own
information.
