Lately, I have been trying to upload some files from a UNIX machine to my Mac. I first tried Kermit, but it was prohibitively slow. I next found that our site had an xmodem program. Has anyone tried to use this or know anything about it? (I know about xmodem transfers, but not the UNIX xmodem program) My first attempts to use this failed because the UNIX xmodem program could not recognize that I was calling at 2400 baud. What can I do to make it recognize the 2400 baud connection? When I tried calling at 1200 baud, I could initiate the transfer, but usually after a couple of seconds, the transfer would hang, and I would get errors until the transfer quit because of excess errors. Any help regarding this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Tom
