Thanks to all of you who offered helps on my previous posting about
the way to use Public Folder.
It works excellent now. I guess the reason it didn't work the first
time was that I forgot to creat the folder (Public) before I restarted the
Mac. Although some people didn't like it very much, it fits the need of my
office (Special thanks to Michael Peirce who created this useful program!).
There are 2 Macs in my office but only one of them is connected to a slide
maker. A lot of works is done on the Mac which is not connected to the
slide maker because of its two-page monitor. Other communication programs
like TOPS make be a good choice, but we just don't have the budget. Public
Folder comes in here flawlessly.
