Sorry if this has been asked before. What is the maximum segment
length for LocalTalk and what is the maximum total length for the
same? Thanks.

According to the book AppleTalk Network System Overview:

Medium:  		Twisted-Pair
Transmission Rate:	230.4 Kpbs
Maximun Length:		1000 ft.
Distance between nodes: No minimum
Max Nodes:		32

Of course this is for Phase I.
