Share 2 bedroom 1 bath Haight-Ashbury victorian flat
with musician/artist?/engineer/activist/non-smoking/vegetarian,
into "alternative" politics.
It would be nice if you are into *outside* jazz,
especially a musican, because we (the Haight-Ashbury Free Band)
usually rehearse on Sunday afternoons.
I'm not around 2-4 days per week,
as I spend a good deal of time at Stanford
studying computer music, and I work in Santa Clara.
Nevertheless, it is extremely important to me
that we be good friends, not just economic burden sharers.
The place is close to GG park and Haight Street
(near Belvedere). Yes, it's safe, but common
street smarts go a long way. (In fact, I actually
kind of enjoy the "elements").
The rent is $415 plus 1/2 utilities, $375 deposit,
first month and deposit is all that is needed.
I like being able to cook without having to first
clean dishes, and similar sorts of minor luxuries.
