Has anyone encountered a CommToolBox implementation of the kermit file transfer protocol? We are running Pathworks for Mac here at RIT. Many Macs first connect to a segment of localtalk then Fastpath to ethernet. We install DECNet on each Mac and most users run MacTerminal with the CTERM tool for connections to VMS and Ultrix machines. At the moment we only have the default XMODEM and TEXT file transfer tools...which really don't cut it for many users. Any recommendations for alternate file transfer tools would be helpful. Do any 3rd party CommToolBox aware emulators support other protocols? Reply to me and I'll summarize for the net. -chris Christopher Haupt--RIT Soft.Supp. VOICENET: (716) 475 5342 BITNET :cfhacc@ritvax.bitnet INTERNET: cfhacc@ritvax.isc.rit.edu SNAILNET:RIT;ISC;One Lomb Memorial Dr.; PO BOX 9887;Rochester NY 14623-0887 USA
