[comp.sys.mac.comm] How to create McVert on UNIX??

There was a message a few days ago that explained how one could
download certain files and then perform operations on a UNIX mainframe
which would result in a McVert file [to be used to do conversions on
the mainframe before transporting files to the Mac].

I am very much interested in this process.  I butchered the job of 
writing this message into a file.  If anyone else still has a copy
of this message, or if the original sender sees this message, PLEASE
