is where to find a free SMTP - Microsoft-mail (2.0) gateway. We have recently been testing a limited copy of Cayman Systems GatorMail-M (ver 1.0), but we are not satisfied with either their price policy or the products performance (ver 1.0 does not translate the full Swedish character set).
