Sorry, I realise this was discussed a while ago, but I never paid much attention, until now, when I have this problem myself. I was going through my discs one day, and came across a copy of EZVision, which uses the modem port for MIDI. "I'll never use EZVision since I don't have any MIDI equipment" said I to myself, and erased the disc. Next day, I opened MicroPhone II, intending to log on to a BBS. It politely informed me that the modem port was in use by some other application, so basically I couldn't have it. Nor have I been able to get it back. Help! What can I do to release/reset the port? I think there may be a program to reset the modem port, but since I don't have FTP access, could someone out there please mail it to me? Thanks, David Graham, JFCS, TCD dagraham@unix1.tcd.ie dagraham@vax1.tcd.ie
