[comp.sys.mac.comm] MacLayers and System 7

fuat@cunixf.cc.columbia.edu (Fuat C. Baran) (05/28/91)

I just upgraded to System 7 and noticed that CTRL-SHIFT-2 (^@) no
longer sends a NUL. I have to type CTRL-SPACE instead. NUL is how I
set mark in Emacs so unless someone has a suggestion, I will have to
seriously retrain myself to use CTRL-SPACE before I garble files by
killing and yanking random blocks. :-(
