Does anybody out in net-land use White Knight with a serial-connected ImageWriter II (Low-level printing option in the printer-options)? I'm trying to send the following command sequence before printing: ^[W^[E^[B^[a2 The W makes it print normal height; The E makes it print Elite; The a2 makes it print in Near Letter Quality mode; The B is SUPPOSED to make it print 8 lines/inch, but this option is not working.
